What is the difference between salon bleach and regular store bought bleach?

I'm USUALLY really good with hair dye seeing as I have been doing it for such a long time, but bleach is another issue.I got my hair done maybe3 weeks ago.The hair stylist bleached strips of my hair and told me that I would have to keep bleaching my hair to get it to the blonde that I want(I wanted a kind of white platinum blondeBut alas, my hair is jet black and it'll take a while to get there.)But when I had to pay for it I was outraged!I knew the price would be pretty high, but $120.00 was just not worth a bleach, a toner, and a hair dryI was wondering if maybe I could make my own bleach.Like, my sister bleaches her hair (pretty badly, but still.)I wanted to take the strips and put the bleach on them and put on regular aluminum foil on the strips of hair and put a hair dryer to it or something and hope that it comes out just like the salon's.I just want to know if it'll work.Professionals, and/or any kind of hair experts welcomed!-W

salon bleach is less harmful to hair anf the professionals know how to do iti hope you have really good hair because your going to have to color it alot and it wil get damaged and dry

Actually it depends on your level of experience with exact measurements in the thousands on an inch territoryIf you feel comfortable doing it then by all means use a rebuild kit from summit for the best prices around and trust me they do have much better prices than buying from any parts houseBut my choice for you on a first rebuild would be to buy a long block, and upgrade to the 350 model, from there you can change heads, cam, rockers and push rods, and really step up the horse powerYou can build a 305 to be stronger, but it's still a 305 designed for fuel economyBy using a long block on the first build, you're getting a balanced and blueprinted bottom end thats going to save you in the long road on cost and future upgrades, plus a lot less headaches from the first build errors that we've all done.
i don't know about where you live but in Tennessee, if you do all the work it would cost between $400-$600, depends on how much machine work is needed
