What is the effect of ink fineness on printing?

Answer:

For FM high-profile outlets or FM dot reproduction, if the ink particles and the area ratio is close to the idea of it is easy to make the dot set empty or spreading pilling, even non smooth defects. Therefore the ink dot fineness is smaller, the printing dot becomes more clear and full of powerful with the number of the wire; high on the ink fineness of the higher requirements. In addition, the better the fineness of ink, the color is also stronger.
If the pigment particles are too small, ink transfer to paper, possible infiltration of pigment particles in the paper capillary too much, it will be because of the printing paper surface pigment concentration is too low and ink pigment particles is dim; if too thick, too little infiltration of pigment particles in the capillary and the edge of the paper, feed infiltration has too much then, the ink powder; only the infiltration and retention of pigment particles of a moderate number of paper on paper, to ensure the printing quality.
