Question:

What is the fuel for future automobiles?

Electric, fuel cell, fuel efficient gasoline, bio fuels, diesel?

Answer:

I also think they will be hybrid to the xtreme. with smaller high hp, low torque basically motorcycle engine for cruising with a powerful electric motor for low speeds and accelerating. and some serious weight reduction . All electric will also be popular but will not work for everyone especially city dwellers. With the 100mpg + a setup like this can get i dont there there is any reason to change our existing gasoline infastruture.
definitely electricity. its the cheapest, and most efficient. hybrids still pollute and use more energy than fully electric vehicles. Anything else will cost more because your going to have to pay to refill at a station. When purchasing fuels at a station, there are more expenses such as: -collecting materials like mining, cutting crops, etc -refining -transportation There are a lot of middle men. And each of those three steps have more steps within each steps. So its like substeps. When looking at how electricity is made, its much more simple, less steps, less expenses so there's a lower cost. Plus if you make your own electricity, it will be free obviously.
