What is the material of hot pressing die?
Die steel must have sufficient hardness and abrasion resistance, sufficient strength and toughness. With good machining performance and good decorative pattern, it is commonly used for carbon alloy steel. Commonly used in Japan, yk-30, yellow card 55CC, which is generally used in the factory state, is better after processing.
Hot pressing molding sometimes can be divided into vacuum forming (vacuum forming), and compression molding (compression will molding), the pressure is not the same way. 5Cr4W5Mo2V (RM - 2) steel, more than 3Cr2W8V steel, has higher heat intensity, abrasion resistance and thermal stability. When the hardness of 40 HRC thermal stability of up to 700 ℃, suitable for the production of hot extrusion mould.
The steel of 5Cr4Mo3SiMnVAl (O12Al) is cold, hot and made of steel. The steel has a high thermal hardness and a higher thermal stability than 3Cr2W8V steel, which is also much better than 3Cr2W8V steel. 4 cr3mo2nivnbb (HD) steel is designed specifically for suitable for hot extrusion black metal (working temperature of 700 ℃ or so) of the new type of steel.
