Question:

What is the most durable defensive lacrosse shaft?

I just finished my first year of lacrosse and I love the game. Unfortunately though, I completley bent my shaft (more of a starter stick). I am looking to buy a new shaft to hopefully use for many years to come. I also broke my head and I was wondering what some durable heads are. Somebody told me to go with a wooden shaft but I‘m a little weary to go that route. All in all I‘m looking for the most durable lacrosse shaft and head (factoring in weight as well)

Answer:

in my view, the Sci Ti professional is the perfect lax shaft there is. it could destroy the Ice in 0.5 and is merely as gentle because it. pass to a lax shop and verify out it out. you will not experience sorry approximately it.
look at the warrior dolomite (generally i hate warrior but i play midi) a guy on my team uses it and it seems like a durable stick, though the gait ice is an extremly light stick, it dents abut not easily The STX X10 is probably the best defensive head out there but depending on how hard your checks are and your level of aggressiveness it can break over time.
