topcga is correct - fast dry polyurethane window adhesive, it works well for the rubber as well.
Flour., calcium carbonate, titanium dioxide, dolomite, barium sulphate etc.

Use windshield adhesive. You can find it at any auto parts store. It is generally black and comes in a tube that requires a caulking gun to apply it.
