Ask the party's host to find out who brought him to the party. If you can find him, explain to him that you are not an adult. If he has a recording, it is legally considered child pornography, a serious criminal offense. Find out the minimum age in your state that you must be in order for an adult to be able to legally have sex with you. If it's above age 17, then he committed statutory rape also.
