What is the reflective material that you see on the inside of solar ovens. Is it a sort of metal, a foil a mirror? and what similar type material could you get for under $10?

I've never experienced anything that was all that embarrassing during sex unless you count burping aloud. Then I'm guilty. But a girl I used to work with has.
