The serial number you mentioned would be the number for the entire motor not the bearings. To find the bearing needed you could take it to an electric motor repair shop, they may be able to determine the bearing size or remove them, measure the bearing itself and find it dimensionally. You'll need the shaft diameter, outside diameter and the depth of the bearing.
