Take it back and make them do it. or Underneath the radio there are six buttons. The third one over is the Info button and the fourth one over is the Set button. Press the info button several times until it displays System Check. Press the set button to enter the check. If the first item to come up is not oil life then press the button until oil life is displayed. It likely says 0%. Press and hold the set button to reset the oil life to 100%.
