Hello Steve M, Epoxy is not the way to go with plastics, it is used on rough or porous surfaces. For plastics you need a plastic cement which chemically melts the plastic surfaces so they join as one. The cement you require is dependent on the type of plastic you have and to identify this you would be best to take your piece/s to a plastic sheet seller where they will also sell cements. If all you require is a low pressure seal, silicons are very good at resisting liquids and vibration.
