What is the working principle of a vibratory pile driver?
The vibration method is more efficient than other methods. It is mainly suitable for steel sheet piles, steel pipe piles and long and thin concrete precast piles within 8m long. This pile sinking method is most suitable for sand operations, and the effect is poor in clay, and more power models must be selected.
The pile surrounding soil liquefaction, reduce the friction resistance of pile and soil, under pressure, and then to excavator vibratory hammer and pile body weight will sink into the soil pile. When the pile is pulled out, the quality, water content and the type and structure of the pile are comprehensively determined.
Vibratory pile driver is to use high frequency vibration to vibrate the pile body with high acceleration to transfer the vertical vibration of the pile to the pile body, so that the soil structure around the pile changes because of the vibration and the strength decreases.
