If this approach does not work then you might need to attempt a system repair from the Microsoft Windows Operating System Disk. That came with the computer. The instructions on how to use the repair function are given when booting from the disk. follow the directions carefully. If all this seems out of the realm of your abilities, then you may want to send your computer to a local repair shop and pay for them to do this for you. Good luck
