FilterFilters are used to remove impurities such as oil, moisture and dust in compressed air. Different occasions use different requirements for gas filtration. The filter is divided into primary filter, two filter and high efficiency filter. The primary filter, also called simple filter, is placed behind the dryer in the air compressor station. The filter, filter, felt, silica gel, coke and other materials are usually used as adsorption and filtration. The ash removal efficiency is 50% ~ 70%. The two filter, also called water separator, is the most widely used pneumatic system, and the efficiency of the filter is 70% ~ 90%. The HEPA filter is a precision water separator with small pore size. It is commonly used in pneumatic sensors and testing devices. After the two filter, the filter is used as third stage filtration, and the ash filter efficiency is 99%.
Dryer (freezer and adsorption)Dryer is to further absorb and eliminate the compressed air moisture, oil points, so that it becomes dry air, for the quality of the air supply of high quality pneumatic instruments, fluidic components of the system. At present, the compressed air drying equipment production and use in China are mainly adsorption and freezing of type two, adsorption type is silica sol, molecular sieve adsorbent loading in two dryer, when the gas passes through the dryer, desiccant will run down of water, so as to achieve the purpose of drying. Refrigeration is the use of freon refrigeration in the form of moisture in the air condenses after separation, so as to achieve the effect of drying (except water). After adsorption, the adsorbent in the adsorption drying unit needs to be regenerated. The regeneration form is divided into two types: non thermal (self heating) regeneration, plus (yes) heat regeneration. Heating regeneration can be divided into several forms, such as external heating regeneration, internal heat regeneration, waste heat regeneration, micro heat regeneration and so on.
Gasholder:The storage tank is used for storing compressed air; eliminate the pressure fluctuation and buffer the pressure, to ensure the continuity of the output flow, because the exhaust air compressor pressure has a certain fluctuation, installation of gas tank, compressed air pressure gas side is more stable; adjust the volume or in case of failure and temporary need emergency use; further separation the compressed air in the water and oil, part of the water vapor in the air from the air compressor after compression has formed liquid droplets, these droplets through the gas tank when most will be deposited in the bottom of the gas tank, a discharge valve at the bottom of the gas tank, by manual or automatic discharge.
