What kind of material is HYPALON?
CSM is a kind of saturated elastomer with polyethylene as its main chain, with an average molecular weight of 30000~120000. Among them, CSM2910 was 30000, CSM4010 was 40000, CSM3304 was 120000, C was, and SM2305 was 100000. Sulfonated polyethylene is white or milky, flaky or granular solids with relative density 1.07~1.28. Mooney viscosity of 30~90. The brittleness temperature is 56 to 40 centigrade. The chemical structure of CSM is completely saturated, with excellent ozone resistance, weather resistance, heat resistance, flammability, water resistance, chemical resistance, oil resistance, wear resistance and so on. The solubility parameters CSM, =8.9, soluble aromatic hydrocarbons and halogenated hydrocarbons are swelling and insoluble in ketones, esters and ethers, but not soluble in aliphatic hydrocarbons and alcohols.
