What kinds of screen printing ink do you have?
According to the chemical name of the substrate can be divided into: polyethylene, polypropylene, Bing ene (non-polar) ink. Polyvinyl chloride, polystyrene, ABS polycarbonate (polar) ink. According to the shape of the substrate can be divided into soft plastic ink and hard plastic ink.
After the ink transfer to the substrate, there will be solvent ink, ink film, first of all, solvent evaporation. The solvent in the ink diffuses in the atmosphere due to the action of vapor pressure, forming a liquid film on the surface of the ink film and then volatilization through the liquid membrane. During this drying process, the interior is usually drier and sometimes drier and accelerated drying. Volatile ink is easy to use and dry, generally faster, so it is widely used. UV curable inks (UV inks): UV inks produce photochemical reactions that can be completely cured in a matter of seconds, and are used more and more in plastic printing.
According to the drying method, there are volatile drying ink, UV curing ink and oxidation drying ink. Volatile drying ink: it is the most widely used ink in screen printing. The composition of the ink film is mainly high molecular material, after printing solvent evaporation, and its high polymer material to form ink film. This evaporation drying process is reversible, i.e., the drying ink film can be dissolved by solvent.
