I'm redoing my kitchen from the floor upI will have a 3/4 sub floor, then hot water tubes running through aluminum channelsThis leaves a surface that is very flat, with just small unevenness at each tubeIs it enough to lay 1/4 plywood over that, then the vinyl flooring? Or does there need to be a thicker plywood layer at that point?
Putting a floor over what you have is a challenge since you take a chance of nailing thru a tubeDoes it have to be vinyl? Laminate will spand that channelOr you may have to pour a self leveling compound over every thing to fill the channels and over the 3/4 a bitThis stuff can be poured up to an inch if needed. You may have to pre pour the channels 1 st and let dry so it s not to thick over all Thickness will vary as to what product you useA primer (special latex primer) needs to be used 1 stOnce total pour is over all the floor vinyl can be laid directly over that because it s just like cement I use this system over my electric wires on heated bath foors when I set ceramic over it GL
I would have left it whole, then seared it in a pan, then put on the ovenYour way will work, although 45 mins is too longCheck after 20 mins (I don't know how thick your slices are).
If you cook a pork tenderloin at 425 for 45 minutes, you will end up with dried out hockey pucksAre you sure it's a tenderloin and not just a loin? A loin is about 8 inches long and maybe 1.5 -2 inches thickYou brown them really fast and cook them at 350 for MAYBE 20 minutes A whole loin is a foot or more long, and much thickerBut still, 425 is awfully high for porkRecent FDA standards have decreased the recommended internal cooking temp to 155, then you let it rest for 5 or 10 minutes before cuttingI've been doing that and it's a lot moister.
45 min 425F? Holy crpNo, you're not doing it rightA WHOLE tenderloin will take about 45min, but a sliced tenderloin will only take about 30 min 350F You're way overcooking it.
