It would seem like if the water from the hose came in contact w/a live wire or anything electrical, it would almost certainly mean the person holding the hose would get some form of electrocution.
I've been looking at fiberglass resin all summer, $15.09 per qt and $37.99 for the gallon at my local autozone, best prices so far have been at local boat repair shops by the gallon. If i remember right walmart sells the qt for $13
he has a good as a chance as anyone. my new wrestling coach used to be a pro wrestler and has modified a few moves to work in mma like a modified figure 4 leg lock crippler crossface he taught us and they work great but they are of course highly modified and really are advanced moves.
