I suppose they should ban automobiles, or at the least the evil elements. There is no intent that any individual wants a entirely automated transmission. They should ban high capability gas tanks too. If everyone used to be limited to 2 or 3 gallon fuel tanks, they could still make it from one gasoline station to a different, and could carry further 2 or three gallon gasoline cans in the event that they had been touring in areas where there were not many gas stations. If there was a police chase it could be over in 40 miles or so. They are not looking for excessive vigor engines both.
