its small and it says 95 on the top, the number 100 in the middle and 25A at the bottomIt's aluminum and it's small and round and it's a 1/4 inch or less long.

While I can't identify the part from your description I'm sure that trying to use JB Weld to reattach it won't workThe part will have to be correctly soldered to the board to have any chance of workingJB Weld is an epoxy and doesn't have the correct electrical characteristics to do the job.
