Question:

What's the best way to reheat a standing rib roast?

Should temp be around 220? Maybe lower? I cooked this thing PERFECTLY and I don't want to cook it anymore, just warm it upThanks

Answer:

I always use wire wool and autosol ,works really well for me
Use Mothers Aluminum polish works great and leaves no residue and get rid of rust plus protects!
Try 180 but make sure you cover it with aluminum foil so it doesn't dry out of burn.
