Question:

What's the easiest way to bake a lot of chicken breast?

I don't really cook at all - don't have the patience for it - but want to add more protein to my diet without going out for food every nightI figured the easiest way to do that would be to cook a bunch of chicken breast at once, and then eat/reheat it for the rest of the weekSomeone told me I should do something like create a tin foil pocket for each breastDo I add butter or olive oil inside as well to prevent it from drying out? I'm looking for the healthiest optionsMy current plan is to just have lean chicken with minimal salt, etc and eat it with brown rice and maybe some vegetables (broccoli/cauliflower etc from frozen).

Answer:

cops are suppose to be calm so they wont freak people outi think if it were serious they would evacuate the whole floor or building.
That doesn't sound like an ordinary eviction to meIf it were, the building manager would have a key to let them into the unit and there would be no need for them to use a sledgehammer (unless the tenant being evicted had an inside lock and wouldn't open it)It sounds more like they were serving a warrant and might need the sledgehammer to break the door down if the person being served wouldn't open it.
You should cook chicken on Sundays (4 pieces) and then again on Wednesday (4 pieces) Boiled chicken is quite bland and grossI suggest cooking boneless skinless chicken breast in the oven on 350 for 20-30 min until no longer pinkThey mrsdash has salt free spices that will give it some taste! Being that you don't like to cook the oven and baking seems decent for you just put in oven and let it bakeAs for keeping it moist when you pull it out of the oven cover with aluminum foil to let it finish the cooking process which will help keep the moisture inyou could also just squeee or drop some lemon juice on the chicken as well before putting in the oven.
