Question:

what's the purpose of speed bumps?

they r anoying. if they want us to reduce our speed, why don't they just post signs with the speed they want us to drive? and if that, why dont they put speed bumps everywhere they would like us to slow down?

Answer:

Lightning is a static discharge of millions of volts. By definition. So you cannot create lightning by other methods. But if you just want to create a long spark, not lightning, you can do that with various methods, such as a voltage multiplier to get several tens of thousands of volts, enough to make a good sized spark. This can be dangerous and even lethal. So unless you know what you are doing, find some other toy.
Yes it would but I think WWE wants to get the casual fans to believe that Shield is in fact working under CM Punk or Paul Heyman so they want to drag it out for a while. Maybe Shield will attack CM Punk after he loses his title?
