What's wrong with the 3PP anticorrosive steel tube?
PP and PE are similar in processability, and the 3PE coating can be used to produce 3PP coatings without the need for a special 3PP coating line. However, the difference between PP and PE materials makes the 3PP and 3PE coatings show different properties, which can be applied to different environments. At present, mainly foreign related products come out, for some countries with relatively high ambient temperature, and PP than PE to hard, so as to avoid scratching coating.
That is, polypropylene corrosion resistant coating of steel pipe, the biggest feature of this anti-corrosion coating is good heat resistance.
Most of the large pipes in our country use 3PE coating, and 3PP and 3PE coating belong to multilayer coating system. It consists of epoxy powder, intermediate layer adhesive and outer layer of PP (polypropylene) jacket.
