Question:

What should I make for dinner for inlaws?

Having my husband's family over for dinner for my son's birthdayHelp! I am out of ideas for what to make? Its 11 peoplePlease give me some ideas for easy things, everyone likes?

Answer:

Get a large trimmed brisketThe day before you want to eat it, Sprinkle it generously with Montreal seasoning and wrap it tightly in aluminum foilBake for five hours 325 degrees, and then refridgerateThe next day slice it thinly across the grain, rewrap it and heat 350 degrees for about 30 minand serve it with BBQ sauce of your choiceReally easy and very goodOr you could make Cowboy Stew, which is 1 lbof hamburger, browned, 1/2 lbVelveeta cheese, 1 can of Ranch style beans, 1 small diced onion and 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes, heated together until cheese meltsServe in bowls with tortilla chipsIf you are having 11 people I would triple that recipe.
