I am looking to switch my rims on my escapeCurrent tires are 235/70/R15Can I use a different size i.e16 inch on this vehicleI know I would have to purchase new tires.
The 02 Escape was available with 16 inch aluminum wheels in the XLT trim package with the V6 engine, the tire size was 235/70/16On the Escapes with the 15 inch steel wheels, the factory tire size was 225/70/15.
I have only felted knitting not crochet but no doubt the principle is the sameYou need to chose pure wool or other animal fibreMachine washable wool will not do as the treatment which makes the yarn machine washable stops it from feltingThe felting process shrinks the work by approx one thirdYou need to produce the fabric on a much looser tension than usualThis is because the felting process shrinks and fluffs up the workBoth of those facts fill up the holes so you need bigger holes otherwise the fabric is very stiff after felting.
