I don't know if it's illegal or not but I'm sure you can talk to your human resources person and hopefully they can do something about it. It is very unethical for your supervisor to create a hostile work environment. I know this probably isn't an option but it would be really fun to get all your co-workers together and all go find new jobs and all quit your current job at the same time. Just a thought.

A post 3 surface resin based cmps is a 3 surface composite (white bonded filling) on a posterior or back tooth like a molar. The cost of a filling can vary greatly depending on where in the country you are and who is doing the filling, but the filling could be in the $120 area. Of course a 2 surface filling would be a little less. Since white fillings really totally on a bond to enamel to stay in, and since a baby tooth is mostly dentin which does not bond well, and composite shrinks when it is cured or hardened, you can expect the filling will not last until the baby tooth is lost and replaced with an adult tooth. Also, white composite does not wear as well as mercury amalgam fillings, but then again you may be happy that amalgam was not used. Amalgam is quite a bit less expensive than composite.
