I have alot of round steakWhat should I do with it.

ROUND STEAK ROLL with Stuffing 1 3/4 to 2 lbsround steak (trim fat off) 1 (6 oz.) pkgstuffing mix 1 can mushroom soup Prepare stuffing mix according to package directions, using only 1 1/2 cups waterSpread stuffing on round steakRoll up and fasten with skewers or tie with stringPut in small roaster and spoon undiluted soup over top of rollCover roaster tightly with aluminum foilBake at 325 degrees for 2 1/2 hoursSlice to serveMakes 5 to 6 servings.
