Question:

What trace minerals, additives, and other things are required for an anemone?

Also, what water parameters (ph, nitrates) are necessary

Answer:

Anemones don't need any additives besides feeding, but they do need good water quality. See my first link for proper reef aquarium parameters. My second link is a great resource for general anemone information since you didn't specify which anemone you were considering. Not all anemones are good choices for all tanks (i.e. large anemones like carpet anemones, and often the hardest part is finding healthy individuals at your local fish store. Bubble tip anemones are some of the best choices because of their sizes and general hardiness. Mini carpet anemones are another choice. My third link is a great guide to BTAs.
Engineers have continued to make it more and more difficult for the average joe to work on their vehicle. Some of this is from the EPA and emission controls, some from the safety features being added. Setting up a so called slider to make it easier to get to the engine will not help much in todays vehicles. You need to know what is wrong first, before you start just throwing parts at a vehicle. And yeah, the automotive service industry gains from more vehicles having to go to the dealership in order to get the work done.
There already is a similar system in widespread use: a subframe. The engine and transmission are mounted in a cradle that can be unbolted and dropped out from the bottom. It is a boon to mechanics with a lift and a challenge for shadetree mechanics. A slide-out engine would have much worse problems with disconnecting and reconnecting everything. That is the real work in engine removal and installation.
pH should be stable at 8.2 or 8.4. Nitrates should be zero, or as close as possible. If you are using a high quality salt, you may not need to add any extra minerals, they will be included in a good salt. If you have a ton of corals, you will want to start adding more than what the salt has to encourage growth. *Never add anything you can't test for.* Some things to monitor besides pH and nitrates, are calcium, iron, magnesium, and strontrium. Don't forget the basics like ammonia and nitrite. An anemone should be fed some meaty foods. Kent has some bottled stuff on the market if your anemone is small. But it's really cool to hand feed them something a bit bigger, like a small piece of krill or silverside.
its not true. the reason is because alot of the car and engine would have to be redesigned to allow it to slide out, such as moving the radiator and most of the other components out of the way. it would also require the car to have a transmission that also slides out (which cant happen because its eventually connected to the wheels). plus it would be a MASSIVE danger if someone got into a wreck. in most cars the engine is bolted on the frame well enough so it wont fly off if it was slammed into (if the engine can slide one way it can slide the other.) PLUS the engine is the HEAVIEST part of the car. easily peaking at over 800lbs. the heaviest duty sliders you can find work upto 400lbs any higher and they fail
