You have to press lock button twice with in 10 seconds to deactivate interior space.or to turn alarm off you first have to set it then after its set press unlock button once to unlock drivers door only do not open any doors it will relock on its own after 2 minutes with no alarm!!
All you need to do is to scuff the surface. A simple 'greenie' scouring pad works just fine - or a piece of very fine grit sandpaper. No cost to you, just a little elbow-grease! This will not compromise the integrity / strength of the material - just take off the gloss!
if he owns the house you would have to have receipts to prove ownership of each item. Even then the chances are small you would have a civil action. I would suggest not communicating with him by email, but contact him by phone with a concrete plan for getting it. Like say; I'd would like to come this saturday or sunday at 1pm to get my stuff. I borrowed Joe's truck and will be able to haul it. If you would like to have it boxed up and on the porch that would be great, or if you want me to come pick out what is mine that will work to. So would saturday or sunday at 1 work better for you?
