I bought a new keyboard, but there is a problem. Some of my keys wont work when pressed together. Fo instance, I can't hold W and use 2 at the same time. Same goes with all off the keys up and slightly left from the one i hold. Like K and I. Also, when I hold the up arrow I can't use the left arrow.
and the keyboard model? try to press ctrl+alt+delete see if you can bring out the task manager. yep this keyboard has trouble with key combination. i am afraid i have to say. since you just got it, replace it with an other type keyboard or return it for refund.
try to open the keyboard, arrange the parts so that you know how to put them back. clean the plastic parts inside it and put them back. sometimes, keyboards were not properly put together the reason it is not functioning well.
