Question:

When cooking Lahmacun in the oven.?

Do you HAVE to use baking sheets? Because I currently don't have anycould you use aluminium foil instead? Or nothing at all? Thanks :)

Answer:

I find that if I use very hot water when I make brownies from a box they come out much less cake likeAlso if you add some extra chocolate chips to the batter they come out a bit moister To prevent the marshmallows from sticking to the knife mix the marshmallows in with the batter that way you will get a gooey marshmallowIf you still want marshmallows on the top add some when the brownies are almost done let the warmth melt them then spread over the top, add some more chocolate chips let them melt as well then swirl the mess together.
I can think of a couple of possiblitiesFirst of all, have you calibrated your oven recently? It could be that the temperature on the dial isn't the actual temperature in the oven, and it sounds like yours may be running too hotYou can fix this easily by buying an inexpensive oven thermometer which you leave in the oven and check after preheating your oven to make sure the oven is correct (I'm currently living in an apartment, and the oven is not nearly as hot as the dials suggestI burned two breads and a batch of cookies before I gave in and bought a thermometer)Secondly, most brownie mixes have two sets of directions - one for chewy, and one for cakey browniesIs it possible that when you added the oil and eggs, you followed the wrong one?
Last time I bought and made brownies, they tasted amazingI would suggest letting the brownies bake until about two minutes then place the marshmallows, then bake again for two minutesYou could try adding another egg, this allows the brownie to become moist and cake-like and add about half a teaspoon more of oil or a tsbof butter^-^ good luck!
It may have been the batter you usedTry Betty Crocker's Fudge Brownies are really fudgey browniesNext time, Cook the brownies all the ways before adding the marshmallowsThe last 3 minutes of baking time would be the time to add marshmallowsIt doesn't take marshmallows long to melt and brown.
Yes you can use aluminium foilLast time I cooked it just on a wire rack (from the grill tray) and it worked perfectly.
