It probably is not possible with a stud finder. A concrete wall if it was poured and had the wire in it was probably in conduit. If it was in PVC conduit, you might get a circuit tracer to work through the concrete but I doubt it. Typical way is to look at the as built prints and try to find where the conduit runs are located. Even then, the prints may or may not be accurate. The only way to know for sure is to open the wall and look. This is a lot of work and expensive. An experienced electrician may be able to guess where the runs might be and where they might not from experience and the way conduit is located during construction. That is if it was installed by a professional and they did it the easiest way during new construction.
It is a two part epoxy resin, and whatever it is made of it is almost indestructable! I fractured a molar over ten years ago now, it basically cracked in half vertically. My dentist bonded it back together as a temporary fix until I wanted to have it done permanently along with a porcelain cap, but it hasn't given me a lick [no pun intended] of trouble yet so I have put it off due to the cost. The only drawback without porcelain caps the resin will stain darker than your enamel over time. They used to use gold or silver in filling, but then used a cheaper metal compound until people started having issues with it, so now they use a more inert resin, which is safer. Not to worry, they can bond your nicked tooth and make it look like it never happened.
