Question:

When machining parts out of a block of billet.?

How does the CNC machine separate the finished part from the billet or chunk of aluminum it was machined out of? I've watched dozens of youtube videos but none shows that process.

Answer:

first is Dysprosium second is Argon third is Phosphorus fourth is Sulphur For the first one aluminum was not discovered by Boisbaudran, and doesn't have a density even closeBoisbaudran discovered several elements but the only one with the correct density is Dysprosium.
aluminium, argon, phosphorus, sulphur.(i may be wrong ,so verify the answers)
Probably cuts all the way through the billet and the other side of the billet is then given a finishing pass to give the surface the desired pattern or cutsIt all depends on the shape of the device being machinedIt's just cutting large chunks of metal into smaller chunksAluminum galls easily and aluminum shavings are dangerously flammable - they can catch fire and burn very hot.
