Answer:

The test line connection method is incorrect. The three ends of "L", "G" and "E" are wrongly connected, or "G", "L", "G" and "E" are connected to both ends of the tested product
The battery voltage is too low. The voltage of the battery is too low, so that the circuit can not work properly, so the measured reading is inaccurate
The "G" end of the line has not been received. Due to contamination, humidity and other factors caused by the current leakage caused by the test error, resulting in inaccurate testing, at this point must be connected to the "G" end line to prevent leakage of electric current caused by errors
