When you make a 1-10v light driver for low brightness, leds always flash?
When you switch to low brightness, the output voltage of your power supply is not up to the voltage the LED will need, so it will flash. In order to ensure normal lighting, you must ensure that your load voltage is at least 50% of the maximum output voltage of this model.
I don't know what circuit you use, there are many reasons why you can't explain it.
