Question:

Where are the nipples located on an electric hot water heater?

I just installed a new electric hot water heater. I have about to seconds of hot water flow and then it goes down to a trickle. I think I need to replace the nipples where are they located?

Answer:

Ughdon't know about the video taping partick. But no, he's 19. Let him live his own life. And quit video taping.
It'll depend on what you have (hope you kept the packaging), but most resins will set up in around 24 hours on their own. There might be one or two that need to be baked, but I doubt that's what you have.
