Hey Lelly : ) Long time no see. Hmmm one of my contacts lives around there I think. I can always ask. Otherwise as far as jumping on it, can still be done outside on the cement or something like concrete unless it's one of those really solid cans? - maybe a vice would work? Otherwise maybe a regular hammer might work or a sledgehammer if necessary even if you have to use it outside to avoid sounds carrying downstairs. Anyway I can ask this contact who I think lives in or around Portland. Oh I forgot to mention I had a question about a Punk band Nik Fiend from Alien Sex Fiend was in before he started Alien Sex Fiend and some Noise bands too by the way and one of em has a tribal sound.
