Where can I buy real 100% tin foil?

I've looked all around the internet but i can't find anything that even remotely close to real tin foilI would like to switch to tinfoil because aluminum foil has serious health effects from using.I know tin can leave a slight taste on the food you cook it in but why has it been removed just about altogether?
