Question:

Where can I buy silver dip for silverware? Has anyone seen it in any national chain stores?

Of course, it's the week before Thanksgiving, and I need to clean my silver for its annual use, hahaI haven't seen any silver dip anywhereMaybe I'm not looking in the right placeHas anyone seen it in any of the big chain stores (Target, Walgreen's etc.)? Where is it shelved? Thanks!

Answer:

Put the silverware in a large pot of boiling water, making sure all the silverware is coveredAdd some lightly scrunched aluminium foilAdd about a table spoon of bicarb sodaRemove silverware with tongsRinse in hot water and dryEasy and it works.
I'm sure the bag is laying in a pan anyway, so just seal that pan including the bag and all just like it isSeal it real good with foil and finish on out like thatNo need to transfer itIt will make steam if you seal it wellI do wonder why it burstIt could have been to close to the top or sides of the ovenOr you should have had it in a pan and not on a cookie sheetI wouldn't buy anything but Reynolds brand either.
If you fold the foil tightly at the top you should get a good enough seal to finis cooking the contents, if you want to make a foil type bag Getting a good seal in a dish is a bit trickier, but you may get by the way you are describing Good luck and Bon Appetite
