Key lime preferred, but lime will do if necessary. I do NOT want that stuff that requires puff pastry--I'm making creme brulee, as in egg yolks and cream and waterbath.
LIME SORBET!! :) Or just juice them and freeze the juice, then you can add it to anything till it runs out! :) Lime ice cubes in water sounds nummy
Pound cake freezes quite well. You also might think of making key lime pie. They freeze really well.
