I have some extra granite tiles, and want to get them trimmed to the dimensions I want. I lack a wet saw, and don‘t want to buy one, so is there somewhere I can go to get it done?
look in the phone book and find a tile setter ---- and ask if he will help you and you should offer to go to his shop to avoid the house call charges ......
I'm pretty sure that a hardware store will do that for you like Lowe's or Home Depot. You would just need to pay for a cutting charge per piece.
Granite tiles are very unforgiving, especially for do-it-yourselfers. You will want a very good saw and preferably someone who knows what they are doing to cut and install them. Not trying to be rude, but i'm a tile guy and even I don't like working with granite.
