I live in the Wanstead/woodford area of London, and i have a toga party coming up. But where can i buy cloth to make my toga? i don‘t want to use a bed sheet because they are too wide and look bad.

At any fabric store. Look in the phone book or do an internet search. Furthermore, use a top sheet, not a fitted sheet, they aren't as bulky
Any fabric store, buy something like rayon or a soft polyester, because they will drape nicely. Remember to buy a piece that is big, rectangle-shaped (the smaller, the less folds there will be when draped so it won't look too nice)
Piece of rubber and a hose clamp works until you get it replaced
