Question:

where i can get calcium that made of pure soil or rock?

i saw it on tv. but i forget the name.that thing helps the Astronaut to reverse bone loss.

Answer:

You only need diatomaceous earth food grade. It is 89% silica and it makes just the right amount of calcium that your body requires. Extra calcium supplements are not needed. For correcting osteoporosis, take at least 3T a day in any liquid, but build up to that amount beforehand.
The lowest quality calcium is calcium carbonate and is mined from soil and rocks. It is found in low quality supplements like antacids.
Two calcium supplements I know of that are made from rock are dolomite and coral (not really rock, but feels like it when you find it on the beach). The best calcium supplements for osteoporosis prevention seem to be those containing hydroxyapatite (the form of calcium found in the bones). A good calcium supplement for treating or preventing osteoporosis MUST also contain magnesium, vitamin D, vitamin K, silica and boron. Without these cofactors the minerals will not get to the bones. A diet low in processed foods is also important to help prevent osteoporosis. Leaching of minerals from the bones is more of a problem than calcium deficiency (which is pretty rare). In fact calcium deficiency will cause osteomalacia (rickets in children), ie rubbery bones, not osteoporosis, which is far more complex than a simple calcium deficiency. Weight bearing exercise is also important in preventing and reversing osteoporosis. This is why astronauts get it - no weight in space. I have had clients reverse their osteoporosis by doing weight bearing exercise, cleaning up their diet and taking a product called osteoapatite and boron. (Dried figs are a good source of boron) I hope this helps, and wish you all the best
