Question:

where is magnesium oxide found?

I really need to know where magnesium oxide can be found. I can‘t find it anywhereIt is for a project. Something as simple as in the ocean could really help me and get you and easy ten pointsplease help!

Answer:

Believe it or not, it's in the ocean . sort of. The ocean contains a lot of magnesium chloride, and this can be converted easily to magnesium hydroxide by treatment with sodium hydroxide. This is how magnesium is isolated from sea water because magnesia is not soluble in water, hence the phrase milk of magnesia which is a suspension.
I have Tektro brakes on my bike with Ultigra components. They work fine and stop me when I want. I could care less if they make noise as long as they work.
