Question:

Where To Find Copper?

Some good places. Any places. To find copper.

Answer:

Old appliances, wires, etc. In our area, some people burn the rubber coating off the wires. It is not legal due to the toxic fumes, but some do it anyways. It lowers the value of the copper by a few cents. Easiest way is to take a craft knife and strip the rubber coating off. It takes time but doesn't lower the value.
Old TVs, computer monitors, and batter chargers are really loaded with copper. You picked a rough way to make money!
Pizza Hut.
Try a collectable coin shop. They may have some real copper pennies--old ones, like wheat pennies? Look up which ones are all copper first; I think wheat pennies are. And they're pretty affordable.
Do you mean copper for recycling? We usually stack our old appliances and call a scrap dealer to pick it up.Now to find it is simple...house demolitions, apartment complexes for old appliances and a/c's,drive around town and see who is throwing away old appliances. Now that word has gotten around that copper is paying a juicy premium, people are scrambling to jump on the band wagon.$$$$$$$$$$$$$
