I have had two Audiovox systems, I have not had any problems since 1999.
no, not when the pedal is not being pushed. if it senses different wheel speeds it releases pressure to the slower wheels to stop them from locking
I have always went with the Viper alarm system i have owned 2 on my cars and they work great without any problems but they are a bit more money but you get what you pay for.
