First of all, definitely go for the P90X/Insanity hybrid, my husband and I both do these programs and we absolutely love themI prefer Insanity, and he prefers P90X, but they're both fantastic ways to get a great amount of exercise every dayI can't tell you if your caloric intake is too high or too low because you didn't give your weight/height/age/other info, but it's definitely good to take everything into account to make sure you get all your nutrientsThat's what you need to do to be healthyI think you're definitely on the right track!
