A window fan is good cooling. I have no idea what this represents. If overclocking the CPU without a good CPU cooler like the Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO, you will likely see overheating later. Cable routing - meaningless without knowing the case. Gamer PSu 700watts - This has no definition either. There are terrible 700 watt power supplies. You do better with a Corsair CX 430 watt as a quality one more than enough 12V to power the system. Windows included - Disks? Licensed? or a pirate copy? ?399 Agreed. Price is low. Good products tend to cost more. The cost of parts of what you show, if normal and new, is over 399.
