chicago was nice but hell i'm NYRwhat's it gonna take!has your team ever won a cup where it was just epic and you were crying or close to? don't liewhich team what year?
In the East I see Toronto still being an underachiever, nothing out of Washington unless they get some help for Ovechkin. Tampa Bay needs to get rid of old players and front office people who keep them and start all over. And Florida being Florida hasn't changed and seems to like status quo. In the West Nashville being the under-achiers they are,and Edmonton who only plays tough when it becomes a shoot-out. Hard to win enough games that way to get to the Finals. And last but not least, the L.A. kings who haven't been a team willing to do what it takes to get out of the cellar. 5 years is a long time but if any team doesn't make it to the playoffs then blame the front office because it is there where teams are built. Look at Chicago right now, the best potential future team on the rise, despite the injuries this season.
I have the entire game on DVD and the quality is better. I should upload it sometime because all the highlight reels on youtube are blurry as hell.
It should have been the Canucks. Disappointing, but fair loss to the Blackhawks again this year. Was pissed that the Blackhawks won it, but they played great hockey and deserved to win it. Never have had a Cup hoisted in Van City. I don't live there, but I promise you, when the Canucks make it to the Stanley Cup finals (and it'll be in the next five years), I don't care how broke I am, I'm flying out there and I'm going to be there for that parade.
I know Chicago is the favorite to win it again this year, but I'm taking my Penguins to win they're 2nd Cup in 3 years. Yes, the Penguins have won the Stanley Cup 3 times in 1991, 1992, and most recently in 2009 after a 17-year drought. When that clock hit 00.0, I literally screamed at the top of my lungs cause I was so happy that we finally won another Cup. The only Stanley Cup loss we suffered was in 2008 against Detroit, and that one was tough to swallow.
Chicago Blackhawks, its started as a group of 3 or 4 teams but as the playoffs went on I narrowed it down
